Háttérsztori:

Of all the colleges of magic in Altdorf, the Amethyst Order is the least understood. Those wizards who study the Lore of Death are viewed with distrust and suspicion, and are shunned by those who do not understand their study. They study and embrace the certainty of death and endings, and strive to protect the natural order of the world against those that would defile or spurn it.

Little is known about Janus Volger. He rarely speaks, and those that spend extended periods of time in his company speak only of the discomfort that seems to radiate out from him. However, he has garnered an incredible reputation for his magical abilities in combat, seeming to snatch the life from his enemies without a moment's hesitation.

This earned him the title of 'The Bringer of Death,' which he has never expressed displeasure at. He merely moves from region to region, following the bidding of the wind of Shyish to find and maintain the natural order of life and death. Whether or not the locals adore him, they know that when he arrives, their enemies will soon depart.
